Green Evangelist starts with an in-depth gap analysis. It then helps clients identify their known and sometimes not so apparent CSR and Sustainability stories. We do this via extensive engagement with internal (leaders, senior and mid management right up to contract workers) as well as external (customers, vendors, Govt, NGOs and development sector) engagement. This helps us gather a wealth of quantitative data (using specific metrics) which we analyze to postulate the ‘Sustainable’ or ‘Development/CSR’ stories. We then embellish these with the qualitative inputs gathered via active or passive stakeholder engagement. Content creation, management and updation are facilitated by us. We then put together a comprehensive communication plan for the client as per their requirement. This translates usually into a Sustainability/CSR report as per GRI or NVG or UNGC guidelines. It could also turn into a case study or a white paper or a blog. Often we identify various platforms/fora/awards where clients can present this to enhance their ‘Responsible Business’ quotient. We also curate customised workshops on Sustainability and CSR basis specific brief and requirements.
